Its thats time of year again!! Last year the girls were swimming great with floaties on and than we ran into a swim instructor who told me to put them in life vests with removable floating pads. He said these would help them to use both their arms and legs to teach to learn how to swim and as the season goes on take out some of the pads. This also helps because we are going to start going out on our boat soon and I want the girls to get used to the vests!
